Hosting an Event
Hosting for a regatta can be a very stressful time for clubs and their committees. Remember that the zone committee is on hand at all times by phone or email to answer any questions and help.
The Zone has 2 x IRB's and a fully equipped trailer to help make hosting a regatta much less stressful so we can all get on with enjoying our racing....
Some documents you will require when hosting a regatta include:
Regatta Information Checklist (F101 Form)
Equipment Request - Equipment Trailer
Vehicle Inspection Checklist - MUST BE COMPLETED BY PERSON TOWING TRAILER
Request for AOCRA Medals - note that our Qld State Centre employee will do the medals for you (i.e. order labels for the back, affix inserts to the front and send them to you prior to the regatta)
