AOCRA Strategic Plan 2025-2030
Dear Members,
On behalf of the AOCRA Board, I am pleased to share with you our AOCRA 2025–2030 Strategic Plan; a bold and inspiring roadmap that will guide our sport through the next five years.
This plan is the result of extensive consultation, honest reflection, and a shared commitment to ensuring outrigger canoeing in Australia continues to grow, thrive, and inspire. It sets out our vision for the future, defines the values that underpin our actions, and outlines the goals that will drive us forward.
This is more than just a document – it is a commitment to working together to achieve a shared future. I encourage you to read the plan in detail, share it with your clubs, and start considering how you can help bring it to life.
The Board will work with all our stakeholders to develop annual action plans aligned to the strategy so we can track our progress, celebrate our wins, and adapt when needed.
Thank you for your ongoing dedication to AOCRA and our sport. Together, we can make the next five years a defining chapter in Australian outrigger canoeing.
