TOCC Bells and Back

This regatta program includes an open ocean marathon and a series of short course sprints. The longer distance nature of the marathon means it is more exposed and dependent on weather and ocean conditions.

 The TOCC Bells and Back Regatta is based at one of the Southern Zones most iconic places - Fisherman's Beach, Torquay.  The marathon is an open water paddle to Bell's Beach and back from Fisherman's Beach.  This can be a gruelling event that requires much support and training. 

The sprints are held off the beach at Fisherman's Beach.  This can be challenging events as Torquay is at the heart of the Surf Coast in Victoria.  

Therefore the events weather and water conditions are always heavily monitored, with paddlers safety foremost in mind.
