Winter Series Race 5 2019 and WAZA AGM

Join Hurricane Paddling Crew at Point Walter for relays and their birthday celebrations

All 3 events for the day will be mixed craft races with each race using the ‘full arsenal’ of a clubs craft types to complete each leg of the race. The first leg will be OC1/V1 the second will be OC2 and the third will be OC6. One racer from the next leg must be on the beach ready to be tagged for the change over. Teams are made up of 6 paddlers, legs 1 and 2 are completed by a paddler from the final OC6 team.

 

Race 1 – Womens Relay (4km each leg)

Race 3 – Mixed Relay (4km each leg)

Leg 1 – OC1 Women

Leg 2 – OC1 Men

Leg 3 – OC2 mixed

Leg 4 – OC6 mixed

Please note the WAZA AGM will be being held at Hurricane after the race. All are welcome to attend.
